Tim has over 30 years experience in commercial property working for both landlords and occupiers in many areas of the UK, specialising in the retail sector.

He enjoys the personal commitment that comes from constantly working closely with clients, which has shown to give positive results to the challenges taken on.

​

A focused approach to site finding in both town centres and out of town has assisted the successful expansion of retailers and leisure/restaurant users alike.

​

Similarly landlords can benefit in securing new tenants, when a particular occupier or user can be identified, having carefully considered gaps in the market. 

​

Negotiations on rent reviews and lease renewals can seem daunting; so the best results are only achieved when they are tackled with a knowledge of the market and an appreciation of the other side’s position, as hundreds of files have recorded.

​

Experience originally with Prudential Assurance Co in the City. 

 

Co-founding in 1983 Brasier Harris, and merging in 2008 to form Brasier Freeth; there is a wealth of experience in this area. 

 

No longer commuting daily, Tim has stepped down as a Fellow of the RICS and is handily based at the end of the Met Line in Amersham.

Outside of work Tim enjoys cycling, song writing and exploring the charms of the Chilterns.
